Svedjan bakery has its origins in the farm dairy Svedjan, which is run by a farming couple in Västerbotten (north of Sweden). Their son Alfred later decided to open a bakery in Stockholm and found a great location in Zinkensdamm at Södermalm. Here, buns, bread and pastries are served using organic flour from Warbro Kvarn. In the fridge you will find dairy products from the farm dairy.
