The Green Rabbit is your local bread bakery, driven by traditional craftsmanship spiced with modern twists and playfulness. Organic rye bread and other baked goods are baked daily here but you can also get a full meal such as breakfast and soup of the day. 

One great ambition of the bakers is that they try to use as much rare Swedish grains as possible in their baking, in order to safeguard the future of biodiversity within grains.

“I prefer to eat breakfast at home, and then I get eggs from our chickens that we where I live, coffee from the Swedish producer Gringo, rye bread from Green Rabbit or Rosendal’s garden, butter from Wapnö and cheese from Almnäs farm or some other Swedish cheese maker!”
