Annika Sundin runs the sustainable inspiration account “Medveten i stan” on Instagram. She is passionate about showing how small choices make a big difference. But also that a climate-committed and less climate-burdening life becomes more fun, more beautiful, cheaper and better in every way.
Annika focuses on the things that we do often and what affects the most: how we eat, consume and transport ourselves. She writes both about external and non-external sustainability – and a sustainable food system affects both to the highest degree.
Why do we need to transform the food system?
“One of the most important choices we can make to live climate-wise is to focus on food. Both around how it is grown, prepared, produced, transported and served. But also how we take care of what we already have and not waste food. Just as important as the food itself is how it makes us feel. It has to be easy to make the right choice, and both producers, retailers and restaurants can help with that. Real food is really important!”
