At Bageri Pomona, everything is baked and prepared on site in the bakery in Midsommarkransen. They serve breakfast, lunch and coffee in as sustainable and kind a way as possible.
At Pomona, they work with sustainability throughout the whole chain by, among other things, keeping waste to a minimum, using mostly organic and locally produced raw materials, and creating a sustainable workplace where both employees and guests feel good.
